By accessing our website, using our services, creating an account, submitting payment, signing a Client Services Agreement, or otherwise engaging with NP Digital LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

NP Digital LLC provides digital growth services to contractors and home service businesses, including but not limited to:

• Online presence and visibility management
• Client acquisition and scheduling support
• CRM setup and automation
• Business communication systems
• Website and funnel development

The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate Client Services Agreement signed between both parties.

All fees are due as specified in your Client Services Agreement. By engaging our services, you authorize NP Digital LLC to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed billing schedule.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Any third-party platform costs are separate from service fees and billed directly by those platforms

By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms or agreements, you consent to receive SMS messages from NP Digital LLC including service updates, scheduling reminders, and informational notices.

We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own purposes.

To ensure the best possible results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Respond to new inquiries and scheduled consultations in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional standard of service with all clients
• Provide timely feedback and approvals when requested
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Where a results guarantee is offered, the specific terms, conditions, and qualifying criteria will be outlined in your Client Services Agreement. Guarantees are subject to client compliance with all responsibilities outlined in Section 05.

NP Digital LLC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any guarantee offer at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

NP Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.

All content, materials, systems, and frameworks created by NP Digital LLC remain the intellectual property of NP Digital LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for your business purposes.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the Client Services Agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• Access to any NP Digital LLC systems or tools will be revoked
• Any pre-paid fees for undelivered services may be refunded at our discretion

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
